In the current market of adjusted market pricing, not only do the new cars have a premium, but also the trades have a market adjustment of 30 to 40 percent. We are paying customers on 3 to 4-year-old cars what they paid for the car 3-4 years ago. We have customers already selling us their GR orders incoming for $25k over MSRP. I do not feel a follow up call is needed, as I have expressed frustration to Koons in the past about these issues. They continued to tell me I needed brake pads, wipers, rotors changed again at other services when they had just changed then 6 months prior...it has occurred repeatedly so it is more a trend than an outlier. Koons takes advantage of customers trust and rips them off.

Thank you for your response. We would like to believe what is written here but we have caught the service department is a series of lies over several issues from the past. 1) missing clips from the handles in the ceiling when we had to replace the headliner; 2) oil plug not properly installed causing a oil spill at our residence ultimately leaving the vehicle with ZERO oil; 3) overfilled the transmission fluid causing the vehicle to go into “limp mode” on I95 between DC and Richmond; 4) battery under warranty to only learn AFTER we get the vehicle towed to Koons Tysons Toyota that the battery will cost us $187.80. Deceitful tactics by numerous personnel at the Service Dept. We both have left several voicemails requesting a call back from the service managers to no avail.
