I needed a full transmission replacement. Koons said 10-12 weeks for delivery. It was there in 5 weeks which was fantastic. They said 2-3 days for the work to be done. The price came in cheaper then the estimate. Also, incredibly good news. Everyone from start to finish was a pleasure to deal with. Free loaner during the repair. Their job is to take care of a product but what they really do is take care of people. Awesome staff! Keep up the good work!! More
