The staff were very helpful when purchasing my vehicle. The sales staff were very quick at getting the paperwork done and I was out the door in two hours. One negative I will note is the staff told me I did not need to have the car insured before I drove it off the lot and that there was a grace period. Apparently there is no grace period in Maryland so I waited a couple of days to add the insurance and got hit with a pretty hefty fine by the Motor Vehicle Administration. I think the staff should have known this since it’s their job to sell cars and be knowledgeable on this subject. Great service but I just wish they know the state laws a little better with respect to insurance. More

Would not recommend. Bought used vehicle there because the exact style and color I wanted was on their lot (with low mileage). They turned over a newly purchased car to me that had a maintenance light on (TPMS sensors needed to be replaced), key fobs with low batteries, an unopened beer can under the seat, and about 2 gallons of gas. Each of these issues were addressed (although it took 2 trips to service because they only ordered 1 sensor when all 4 TPMS sensors needed replaced) so ultimately everything was okay... but it should have been handled better and with more care when selling any vehicle (new or used) off their lot. Will not recommend and will get service done at another Toyota dealer. Many similarily critical and dissatisifed reviews of this dealership can be found online to underscore my own experience. More
