Brad was great over email, and Wesley was awesome in person. Even when I told Brad to pretty much F off at first, he took it in stride and Koons was the only dealership to not continuously harass me vi person. After seeing the commercial saying that they pay "125% of the KBB value" I sent an email and set up a time to come in, still rather skeptical. Wesley greeted me before I even got to the door, took my GTI to have it evaluated and offered a test drive. When we got back to the dealership their opening offer for my trade-in was $2,300 more than other dealers had offered me, and after one round of haggling they got it up to where it needed to be for me to trade-in rather then sell privately. They went above and beyond in every regard. From Brad answering emails within minutes most of the time, the awesome price I got for my old car, having my new tC cleaned and ready to go when I got to the dealership, the just-over-an-hour long buying process, to their willingness to travel out of state to pick up the exact model and color I wanted; Koons WOW'ed me. From the very first Wesley listen to what I was looking for and how much I was willing to pay. They only had one FJ Cruiser on the lott, but it had a lot of options that I didn't think I would ever be able to afford.They did everything they could to get the price to where I was comfortable with. They gave me the trade in vale I was expecting with out me even having to argue about it.I always look up the Kelly Blue Book value when shopping, but this the first time someone didn't try to give me a lower price then what was listed.Over all I would definitly recommend Koon Toyota in Westminster. Every time I visit your immaculate dealership, especially your Service Department, my experiences with your staff has always been wonderful. I'm greeted promptly in a very friendly manner; your service advisors are very knowledgeable; they arrange shuttle service for me while my vehicle is being serviced,and I'm kept up dated by e-mail. When my vehicle is finished or if the service technicians should notice an issue, I'm contacted. The concern is always explained very professionally to me. Also, I must note that I have never had to return my vehicle to have a service concern corrected. This speaks highly of your service technicians. When I arrive to retrieve my vehicle, the cashier is always very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Some other positive things that you do that makes your dealership stand out from others are: 1. You send out service reminders by letter, e-mail, and telephone calls. 2. You mail coupons offering monthly specials. 3. After my service, I always receive a Thank You letter from the Service Manager who is very accessible in the Service Dept. 4. Every time TOYOTA contacts me for a survey, you always receive 5 stars. 5. You offer new car buffet seminars that are extremely informative,and we're given a chance to meet the hard working people from all areas of your operation.
