Sales representatives were great, sales managers made it clear that since they weren't making much money on the sale, they weren't interested in providing good service. Bought a used car & the oil light cam clear that since they weren't making much money on the sale, they weren't interested in providing good service. Bought a used car & the oil light came on within a week. Took to my mechanic because I didn't trust the dealer- oil was low & dirty, and all the other fluids were low as well. Tires needed air, balancing and rotating. Shame on the dealer for now having this car in proper shape for the sale. And provided only 1 key fob and no compensation for the cost to me for getting a spare fob. All these issues cost me an extra $500.. More

Our experience at Koon s Toyota was actually enjoyable. Our salesperson Joanne understood what we were looking for and didn’t waste our time. She was able to get us the car we wanted at a fair price.
