The Koon's dealership is staffed with many friendly and profession people. The service center provides this same quality of service each time I bring my car in. I would gladly rate the person that I profession people. The service center provides this same quality of service each time I bring my car in. The service person who received me and did the paperwork was very friendly and tried to explain what was being done for this recall, but I didn't understand exactly. I did not meet the service tech.
