I pulled, they greeted me, told me what to do and showed where I needed to go (which was only a few steps from where I parked). The service people were extremely nice, took my info and had me out in few min where I needed to go (which was only a few steps from where I parked). And to cap it off I got coupon for a free car wash (that I used immediately). So very pleasant experience More
