First I want to apologize for the lengthy review you are about to read, but when you have a story as awesome as mine you just have to share it with the world. My wife and I purchased a used 2006 Durango about to read, but when you have a story as awesome as mine you just have to share it with the world. My wife and I purchased a used 2006 Durango from Koons in May of 2010. We found the vehicle online and called the dealership for more information. From the very first phone call, it was apparent that the sales staff were genuinely concerned with providing outstanding service. It's about a 100 mile drive for us from DE to Koons in MD so, needless to say, we had high expectations walking through the door. The Durango was well equipped with lots of options and the service department had made all necessary cosmetic repairs and even installed 4 brand new tires. It was also priced well below what we are used to seeing in our area. Even with our "not so perfect" credit, the financing department went above and beyond to get us the best possible deal. Just over a year later all 4 tires became defective from the manufacturer. I called the dealership, spoke with Tim Berg, and asked if he could offer any assistance. Tim pointed me in the right direction and even emailed the tire manufacturer on my behalf. After weeks of dealing with the tire manufacturer, I called Tim again to see if he could provide proof that the tires were new at the time of purchase. A day or two later Tim called to inform me that he had searched through old service records and found what I needed. Thanks to Tim and all the wonderful folks at Koons, I will be receiving a refund in the amount of $382 from the tire manufacturer. Never in all of my many car buying experiences have I dealt with such an extraordinary group of people. Especially since these most recent events, my wife and I have made it our mission to let everyone that even mentions buying a car know that for the absolute best in sales, service, and affordability no one holds a candle to Koons. Thank you Koons for all you do and a special thank you to Tim Berg who has definitely went well beyond the call of duty for me and my family. We will definitely be making all of our future purchases, new and used, at Koons. I can only hope that this message reaches the masses and sends many customers to Koons. More

Thanks to the Dennis and Lindsey at Koons Collision center my car looks like new, the work was on time and amazing. My 8 year old car was the training car for two teens and had accumulated lots of scr center my car looks like new, the work was on time and amazing. First, I want to thank Randy my salesman for his professional service in working with my wife & I getting us into the car we really wanted. After a few days, we noticed a slight problem with the vehicle and was directed to Tim Berg the sales manager. Tim really listened to our concerns and immediately made arrangements to have the car fixed at Koons' expense with no questions asked. I've purchased several vehicles over the years from many dealerships and I have never felt as good with any dealership as I do with Koons Whitemarsh. Not only did Tim Berg help us, he followed up with my wife and I with our vehicle. I'd refer friends & family to Koons & they will be my lifetime dealership. These gentlemen couldn't have been nicer, and they were nice in a sincere way not just to make a sale. They bent over backwards to get me the specific car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. My credit isn't the best but the secured a 6.9% rate for me and this enabled me to buy a new car versus a used one. Ryan and Tim worked this out and Mr. Stack wrapped it up.
