Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in regards to the service department. No one takes accountability for their actions and they do not care about your time or any inconvenience they cause. Brought my car in to have the bumper fixed, was very specific about this issues with the service managers, and I was ignored. Came to pick up my vehicle to find that it was not fixed properly which I was not surprised about. After talking with Tommy they rescheduled to fix the same problem again and barely apologized making up excuses. Was told very specifically it would take 30 minutes to fix and scheduled me for 9am a few days later. Once I came to check in I was told by the same person, Tommy, who told me 30 minutes that it would now be 45 and instead of telling me that it changed because the person who was supposed to fix it was running late, he rudely insisted as he mocked my words that he said 45 minutes on the phone, which was a blatant lie. He was pretentious, rude, and dismissive. Regardless, terrible customer service in the service department and it makes me wish I would have purchased my vehicle elsewhere.
