Pushy and rude April 17, 2018 My husband did get a vehicle form Korum but, he said the salesman was very pushy. When I went in to have a key made with the re April 17, 2018 My husband did get a vehicle form Korum but, he said the salesman was very pushy. When I went in to have a key made with the remote I dealt with Mike Knight. He said that he expected me sooner. I told him my appointment was at 11:00 and he told me that I was 30 minutes late. A couple minutes later I looked at my phone and saw that it was 7 minutes past 11:00. I stood in his presence while he did paperwork and shuffled them around. He finally told me the price for the new key and asked me if that was ok. He was very rude and inconsiderate not to mention a liar. I will never go back there again EVER. JANE REDDEN More

Family Orientated Experience Special shout out to key people that had made my own experience a great one to remember. Robert Eagleson and Mark Archer are two top individuals that validated my wants and needs and had made my selection process very easy and validated the peace of mind with no pressure vibes while shopping and selecting my new investment. After my experience with these two "Outstanding" individuals, I, for a second felt a "warm feeling" of closeness with a touch of a family feeling over me, it was at this time I knew I was being looked out for and my needs were important over the want's. I am very happy that I stopped in to this dealership and decided on a beautiful 2018 F-150 Sport Truck. Started out great but has turned out not so satisfying. Korum was really great to work with. It’s the couple of problems I’ve had after the purchase that has me wondering.... I purchased a very, very expens Korum was really great to work with. It’s the couple of problems I’ve had after the purchase that has me wondering.... I purchased a very, very expensive truck. I was looking for the “engine block heater plug” and couldn’t find it anywhere. I text my salesman and asked where it was and he told me it wasn’t an option on my truck. I knew it was so I sent him the dealer tag showing him it was an option I purchased. My truck also didn’t come with a door code that a brand new truck comes with. They said I would have to drive another 2 hours to go back to the store to get both items. Very dissapointing. Other than those things, they were great to work with! We’ll see how the rest turns out. More
