Waited in my car for over 20 mins with only 3 cars ahead of me at the service entrance. Then waited for 90 mins in the waiting room. At 3:10 I finally went to the desk to see what was happening. They magically brought my vehicle up and said it was done. This was all for a simple oil change which was already overpriced!
