My wife and were visiting from California and I noticed a loud humming noise coming from the front of the car. Concerned I had a serious tire or wheel bearing problem and faced with a 2200 mile drive back to loud humming noise coming from the front of the car. Concerned I had a serious tire or wheel bearing problem and faced with a 2200 mile drive back to CA, I took it to Krenzen Honda in Duluth, MN and asked them to look at it. Eric in Service took charge and did a thorough check of the car, including checking the tires and testing the wheel bearings. In the end the problem resulted from feathering on the tire edges resulting from a recent tire rotation. There’s no fix for this, but he rotated the tires back to their original locations, which significantly reduced the noise. I am impressed with the thoroughness and thoughtfulness Eric exhibited and his dedication to making sure my car was safe to drive on a long trip. I am a Customer Service professional myself, having managed customer service for a tier 1 high tech company, and I know outstanding customer service when I encounter it. I give Krenzen Honda. My highest recommendation. Thank you!. More
