My experience at Krieger Ford I had a great experience at Krieger Ford. Julie had been sending me links of cars she thought I would like. He took my credit app. Had my trade in appraised and called me an hour later with the best deal. The next day when I pulled in, my new car was all ready. Scott helped me transfer my belongings and went over everything in the car including to program my favorite radio stations. Also, when I went to test drive the car, it was out front waiting and actually had gas in the tank. Overall, my experience at Krieger Ford was probably the best I have had at a dealership. More

Quick and Easy! We researched vehicles online for some time. The Expedition we found at Krieger was the best price with the best features. We met Dennis, our salesman, late on Friday right before close for a test drive. We liked the vehicle, but did our due diligence and test drive another vehicle. Dennis was polite and understanding and didn't pressure us that night to buy. We ended up coming back the next day after we drove another vehicle to buy the Expedition. Dennis worked with us on our trade in and gave us a fair offer, and his team got us the financing terms we wanted. The entire process was low pressure, fast and painless. I had the pleasure of searching for a new car with Ryan Krieger. He was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, and yet had no pressure on my decision making. I had an idea of what I was looking for, and he weighed in on his suggestions, but in the end made sure it was my decision and I was happy with it. After picking out my new car, I worked with the financial department at Krieger Ford, and they were just as accommodating. They helped me research which loan I should use to ensure the best interest rates possible.
