I wouldn’t go elsewhere, it’s right in my hometown.I received excellent service from the service/parts/department and manager by the name of Frank especially the women in front desk as you enter the dealership. The sales rep. Tim maltbie has given me excellent service, what I like about him is that he was honest , did not push me into buying the jeep gladiator, he was very patient until I was ready to buy. He was able to work out a plan where I was able to afford the monthly payments of the vehicle. More

I found the used 2015 Ford Explorer I bought online. It was easy to set up the appointment for a test drive and the salesman wasn’t pushy or out to make you feel obligated to buy. At the purchase, they were thorough and explained everything clearly- the paperwork and the vehicle. My only complaints are I would’ve appreciated knowing the costs of the warranty choices ahead of time and how it would affect my payment rather than making the decision on the spot, and that the hole in the upholstery wasn’t fixed before purchasing. I have to drive an hour and a half back to the dealership to have it fixed within 30 days, which they will honor. More

Worth going back to My experience at Krystal Chrystler Jeep and Dodge was a very pleasuraful experience from the time I made the call about my interest in the 2016 Chevro My experience at Krystal Chrystler Jeep and Dodge was a very pleasuraful experience from the time I made the call about my interest in the 2016 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado. Upon talking to Chris Connolly I was able to establish what I was looking for, he had the vehicle ready when I arrived for my test drive. There wasn't any pressure from the dealer to buy this ,or any other vehicle and that is what I like. , I then sat down and discussed the pricing and finance on the vehicle, agreed to the terms, and was told to return the next day to get all paperwork in order and take the truck home. I returned the next day and everything was ready for me. The rest of my experience was great. There was no pressure in any part of the transaction, no pressure in buying something I didnt want or need for the truck. Overall the best experience I've ever had a t a dealership. Really liking my new/used vehicle. Would reccomend to my friends if they are ever in the market. More
