First time at dealership. Service dept was to coordinate with parts dept to order a shifter knob but that failed to occur and a wasted trip on my part. My appointment was at Service dept was to coordinate with parts dept to order a shifter knob but that failed to occur and a wasted trip on my part. My appointment was at 8:00Am for a shifter knob replacement and oil change. Individual who came after me for an oil change waited 90 minutes without anything being done. Once informed that my part wasn’t ordered they still took an hour for an oil change. Afterwards, My car sat in the lot as I informed service dept that my car was done. They provided an explanation that the paperwork was being reviewed. My reasoning for traveling to Krystal was to evaluate service to determine if I should purchase a Grand Cherokee from your dealership. Friends have recommended your dealership but I informed them that was not my evaluation. Much to their surprise. Returned today and service was fantastic. In and out within 30 minutes. More
