We are sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience. We did explain to you that we don't have a transmission technician here and that we would have to send it to another company to have the repair done. We thought we were accommodating you by twice delivering a loaner van to you (45 minutes each way) because the other company didn't have one and we did not want you to be inconvenienced.

Mrs. Ebeling, Thank you for taking the time write a review. We are sorry to hear that you had a less than pleasant experience. We do appreciate the compliment that our service advisor and director have been helpful and pleasant to you over the last three years. First, we would like to address the concern you had with the General Manager and Owner not returning several messages that you said that you had left. The General manager had our Service Director reach out to you the very same day he received the one and only message he had ever received from you. As far as the Owner not returning your messages, he never received any written messages or voicemails from you. In addition, our service department which is always available has never received any calls from you. Secondly, when you spoke to our Service Director you said that you would contact us when you got back from Florida but we never heard from you. Your response that someone from the dealership reached out to me the very same day I placed my first call and left only one message is just not true. I have my phone records that showed I placed 1 call to Krystal on March 3, ( which was to the owner and I left a voice mail on the line that the receptionist put me thru to when I asked for the owner who she said was not available ) and then on March 8th I left another 2 additional messages for the General Manager which he also never returned. It was only when Jeep Corporate got involved and requested that someone get back to me, that I got a return phone call, not from the General Manager who I had requested to speak with, but from Austin, who I believe is just a service advisor. Also, I want to make it clear that when I spoke to Austin I said that we would be in touch when we got back from Florida, which we were. Since it was obvious from the lack of interest in management to return our calls and Austin's phone conversation clearly showing an unwillingness to discuss any responsibility for causing the damages to our vehicle, we decided that the next time you heard from us would be through the legal process, which you did. I'm glad that other people who use Krystal for service are happy, however I believe that the true merit of a company is when there is a problem and how that company steps up to deal with those issues. Krystal fell way short of it's reputation when it came to acknowledging our issues and dealing with them in a reasonable and professional way as far as we are concerned.
