I was extremely disappointed in my recent visit to John Paul. I did not feel safe based on the dealership’s COVID practices. As a healthcare provider, I also felt disrespected by the lack of care for CDC r Paul. I did not feel safe based on the dealership’s COVID practices. Upon entering the dealership, I noted plexiglass at the cashiers’ desk; the plexiglass is a barrier but not a sealed barrier. The employees behind the desk were all mask-free, and were sitting and talking/eating within 6 feet of one another. In the waiting room, I had no confidence that the chairs were regularly cleaned, as I never saw anyone enter the area to do so. Other customers were eating in the waiting area without masks. Additionally, multiple employees walked in and out of the area without masks. I saw salespeople at their desks with their masks pulled down as well. I had little confidence that the shuttle was wiped down and cleaned between customers. Mask compliance was also poor within the shuttle. I have been a loyal GM customer throughout all my driving years. GM supplied my parents’ salaries and has been a large part of my life. Despite this loyalty, this dealership has lost a customer. More

I picked up floor liners for my 2020 GMC Terrain $120.00, they were on sale online for 15 percent off. I was told and made to pay full price. What a ripoff! Very nice people but the only thing I didnt like is that i wasnt avle to be back there when they did the oil change and tiee rotation.
