You have 2 lines for check in one should be for service other for emissions,instead of both lines. Before leaving asked if information on dashboard was erased and they said it was. When I got home I I looked at the information center and it states that windshield washer fluid is low. On my paperwork it says it’s ok,obviously it was never checked. It said that when I took it in and still says it. So I am wondering how much other stuff wasn’t checked or done. Tires were supposed to have been rotated and never were rotated. But I was charged for them being rotated. I called and left a message on Mike Evans voicemail to call me to talk about this and he never called me back. I went back to the dealership on 10/31 and service was closed. I did get to speak with Mike and he made a copy of my paperwork. He told me that he would take care of this and send me a refund. Now I just have to wait and see if that really happens. That’s pretty bad that they don’t do the service but they charge you for it. I think they have lost my business. So for service they get NO stars!!! More
