Bought a set of floor mats for a 2020 Sierra crew cab and pay for installation $7 each not my price GMC price went to the dealership to get the floor mats install and the get no clue what they were doing fir pay for installation $7 each not my price GMC price went to the dealership to get the floor mats install and the get no clue what they were doing first they were trying to just throw the mats in without vacuuming the truck until a guy from the parts department told them it needed to be done once the vacuum and “install “ the mats the back one was too long and the service manager Mike Evans tells me “I” need to cut it and finish the install and I told him I pay for install and he was like” oh yeah what did you pay only $5 or whatever ” his exact words and I told him that’s your problem not mine if it was $50 I would of pay the $50 that’s not my problem and we went to the parts department and he told the gentleman there by the guys the parts guys are awesome very helpful friendly, Mike Evans the service manager tells him look up the part of there isn’t one that fits refine his money I have guys doing this and they need to get back to work xxx I told him listen I understand that but I don’t want the money I want my floor mats instal like I pay for and “I” had to look up the instructions and tell him what they needed to do in order to install the floor mats finally he gate pissed and saids fine I’ll have my guys do it now they’re doing paper work to take the truck to the back and do it right. I been at the dealer for about an hour now and I asked how long will it take Steven saids about 20 I double checked and ask him again it won’t take long he said that’s the plan once I I sign the paperwork to take to the back I notice that the “promise time” was 6pm it was 130pm at that moment I realized that they were going to xxxx with me and have me wait and be xxxxxxxx so I told him refund me the install charge I’ll do it my god xxxx self and they said it will be mail to you I asked why whe I didn’t mail in the payment and they said there’s nothing they can do I said ok I’ll play your game just give me a refund receipt and they refuse More
