I was greeted only after a short wait. The technician was very personable and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long in the pleasant waiting room when he came and got me and led me to the cashier who checked me very personable and helpful. i come in for oil changes and tire rotation. Always have new or ‘newer’ car. I have never had any service issues with any of my cars, here or any other dealers.
