Everyone practiced safe distancing. Bathrooms sanitized while I waited in customer area. Shuttle driver stopped in customer area several times asking if anyone needed a shuttle. Leaky tire, nail, past the point of no return. Dealership drive for a new tire. They mounted a brand new tire, did a multi point inspection, and I was on my way. Thanks guys! More

The service performed was good. The only thing I would say is communication needs to be better. I had inquired about two bulbs being out on the car (daylight and tail light). I was asked if they should go ahead and take care of with the oil change/tire rotation. I agreed, but timing to do so was very long. I did not wait for the vehicle, but I should have been told how long the process would take. My afternoon was put on hold waiting to hear on the status of my car. I feel if I have a scheduled appointment, I should be taken care of in the time frame originally quoted. Secondly, if the light bulbs were not in stock and needed to be retrieved from another location, communication of the timing should have been relayed. More
