almost cost me too much I came in for a oil change and tire rotation I also had a cabin filter, after 1 and half service guy came in and told me my battery failed and it wou I came in for a oil change and tire rotation I also had a cabin filter, after 1 and half service guy came in and told me my battery failed and it would cost me 172 dollars for a new one was very hesitant since that seemed a lot then I thought well my car is only 3 years old isn,t the battery under warranty? he said he would check but my thought was he should have known before he was going to charge me so much..now he comes back and says yes but now he has to charge it first and see if it fails . the thing is if I said ok put the new battery in he would charge me ,now that it might be free he has to test more I did get it free but could have been very bad. I was there 3 hours so I was not to pleased. just to let you know More

Extended Warranty At the time of purchase we were not informed that there was a cap when you met the value of the vehicle. If.had not contacted the warranty company I would not have found out there !exceptions and would have had to pay the full amount. Tried calling you about this but each person said it was someone else I had to speak too and got nowhere! More
