Recently my vehicle priorities had changed and I was in the market for a more efficient car. At at checked out a few other dealers (as most do) but nothing seemed to feel or fit quite right. This dealership is a little farther from where I live, but previously having a good experience with them made them stand out. The sales professional I worked with was Matt Ricciotti. We had a few phone conversations where I mentioned what I was looking for and he took great care to meet my needs. He recommended a 2015 Chrysler 200. Upon some research on my own, and a test drive, I don't think I could be in a better vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership, you can't help but notice the comfortable atmosphere and how kind everyone is. Matt was very informative through out the whole process, I never felt stupid asking any questions and he was always willing to provide the answers. Listening to other people's car buying experience can sometimes be a little intimidating, but at Kunes that simply was not the case. Jon Ricciotti took time to stop and check in and ensure the quality of my experience, and Sam Giacobbe in finance did an excellent job of explaining everything on his end as well. All in all, I could not be happier with my experience with these guys, and I really love my new car! Just top notch service all around. More
