Up until today I have visited Kunes for Parts and Service on my 2006 F250 and have always had great service. Not one complaint. But today I had a question on the Tires installed by the dealer and was told th on my 2006 F250 and have always had great service. Not one complaint. But today I had a question on the Tires installed by the dealer and was told that that was goodyears problem not the service department. I glad they told me that when I purchased the tires I would have bought them direct from goodyear. I would even consider such an answer if I was rude or upset but not in this case I having a great day. Simple question as to why all four of my goodyear tires that is a daily driver a dry rotting he know the answer just didn't want to deal with it. It really too bad that that was his answer because I really like the new 2013 F150 to bad one employee lazy attitude loses you a customer. Kune Country of Antioch was the only dealer with in 300 miles that had a vehicle I've been looking for. Came down on a Friday evening to look at the vehicle. It wasn't there. Had been "sold" to their other miles that had a vehicle I've been looking for. Came down on a Friday evening to look at the vehicle. It wasn't there. Had been "sold" to their other dealer in WI. Waited an hour for someone to bring it back. Checked it out and decided to purchase it. Jim the sales guy was great but the finance dept. is shady. I was at the dealer for 3 hours. It was late. Signed the papers as they rush to throw papers in front of you to sign. When I got home I realized I had signed the contract showing $1,300 less for my trade than what we agreed to. Called the finance dept.Saturday. "Sorry that is what you signed." Ya, "stellar" customer service. Buyer beware. Carefully look over what you are signing. I will never go back there. More

Purchased a 2011 Ford Fiesta, (great car) scheduled my first oil change after 30 days of ownership. The Service Manager told me the vehicle needed an air filter, a tranmission flush and injector cleaning first oil change after 30 days of ownership. The Service Manager told me the vehicle needed an air filter, a tranmission flush and injector cleaning. $600.00 worth of repairs. These services should have been completed BEFORE the vehicle was sold. There is basically no customer service at this dealership unless you have deep pockets!! More

Brought my truck in for wrranty work. They fixed NOTHING. Said there was nothing wrong with anything. Half my sound system was out. Again, said it was not warranty work. Charged me $50.00 and then wanted $50 Said there was nothing wrong with anything. Half my sound system was out. Again, said it was not warranty work. Charged me $50.00 and then wanted $50-60 to fix for a three minute job. This is possibly the worst dealership you can go to. They give FORD a bad name. More

Robert Heath was my salesman, After I selected the vehicles that I was interested in Robert carefully explained all of the new and advanced vehicle features. We then negotiated a price that was literally thousands of dollars less than other dealers in the area had quoted me. Then it was time for Robert to value my trade-ins and make me an offer I wasn't expecting them to be worth too much they were pretty beat up. But surprisingly I was offered much more per vehicle than at the other area dealers. Now it was time to put together the financing where I was introduced to Gordy Gaylord. Gordy explained everything in detail, clearly and in an understandable way. The rates and packages that I was being offered were phenomenal. I decided that it was time to buy. While I waited a short time in the guest lounge Robert and Gordy went to work Robert was checking every aspect of the new vehicles and preparing them for me and Gordy was putting together the financing packages. Now it was time to sign the financing paperwork and after many years of buying new vehicles I thought that this is where they would try and change the terms and sell me things that I didn‘t want. But instead once again it was a pleasant surprise, they actually found me better interest rates and terms and no pushy selling EVER. Gordy was great! He had the financial paperwork organized and I was finished with the signing in a very short time. The staff at Kunes is amazing! I would have to give Kunes 5 stars! I would highly recommend Kunes to my friends and family. I'm sure that their management that has put so much emphasis on customer service in the sales department has also done so in their service department. THANK YOU GUYS! More
I had my vehicle in for service because my Check Engine light was on. Genny and the service team took great care of my car and me. I hadn't had my car serviced at the dealer for several years because of the bad treatment I had with the previous owners, but thanks to Genny and the team at Kune's, I'll be back again. More
