When I first walked into the dealership, I immediately asked for John Janowski. He greeted me with a positive attitude and I could tell right away that he was one of those very laid back person. I told him that I wanted to test drive an 2002 Mustang GT that they had on their lot. He said "No problem at all, I'll get the keys". He handed me the keys and left me to do as I pleased with the car, which was very good since I don't like when sales people are hanging around so closely that I can;t even enjoy looking at the car. He let me and my girlfriend test drive the car by ourselves. It was an absolute blast. When we came back to the dealership, we discussed the car and I decided that I wasn't ready to buy at the time. Even if I didn't buy a car from him, I would absolutely recommend him to others to buy a car from him. He is just an all round cool guy. More
I have been a long time loyal customer of this dealer when it was Lyons & Ryan. I have purchased cars for myself, my children, my mother-in-low and have sent co-workers to them. Ever since the new owne when it was Lyons & Ryan. I have purchased cars for myself, my children, my mother-in-low and have sent co-workers to them. Ever since the new owners have taken over, the customer service and honestly of their staff has suffered. I went in to purchase a new Lincoln MKX and had been mailed a flyer stating what my old MKX (which I had bought from them) was worth. I had done my homework and agreed with the $ value, always a give or take for a few $. But they told me that those mailers are just to get the customer in the door, they don't mean anything. The end result was an offer of 20% less. This is false advertising, and they did nothing to hide the fact. They wonder why so many people avoid buying a car through a dealer. I will NEVER buy another car from them. More
I've bought 4 cars from Kunes, (not to mention sending 3 co-workers in there who bought cars) most recently 2 weeks ago! When test driving the vehicle there were 2 sets pf keys for the car. When the deal was completed I was expecting the 2 sets, however only 1 was given to me. Seems someone there lost a set. So I went to my local hardware store to get a replacement. They want $38 for it because ther is a chip inside it! So I called Bob who said he was going to talk to the manager. Bob called back and said that their was "no more room in the deal for a $38 key (that they lost) and I would be on the hook for their mistake" . Now is that any way to treat a 4 times customer with 3 referrals? I think not! I'm done with them! They should be ashamed!!!JB More
I have taken my 2007 edge for service many times before this occurrence happened. I was a loyal customer until i had the displeasure of meeting bill. At first i have dropped off my car at the night drop o this occurrence happened. I was a loyal customer until i had the displeasure of meeting bill. At first i have dropped off my car at the night drop off to have my brakes and coolant checked out also since my car was in for service to get a oil change. I received a call about 3pm the next day that my car was fine and that the oil change was complete and my tires were rotated. which i never was asked if i wanted done which cost about $20. secondly when i picked up my car the price was $24.95, I have always paid $16.95 when i asked Genny why this price she called bill. When he arrived he was very rude and quirked im sick of giving oil changes out for free. I said that you should let your customers know if your going to change the price and he pointed at the sign in the parts office. But remember i dropped it off at the night drop off and there is no sign there or notice of new price for oil change. So here i am upset i have to pay for a service i never asked for and overpaying for a oil change. All i expected to be told is that we will take care of it this time (meaning the $8 off oil change) but next time you have to pay full price. I can take that, but due to the lack of customer service skills or he just not caring bill upset me to the point that i told him strait out that I will not come back to this dealer for service again, bill just shrugged his shoulders (OK). To add insult to injury there is a huge sign in front of your dealership saying car wash with every service. Well when i was returning to my car after the encounter with Mr. Bill my car was not washed and there were other cars there that were wet, so my wife returned back in to say something, she approached Genny and asked about why the car was not washed and jenny was speechless, but of course bill was right there saying the car wash was out of service, after there were three cars sitting there wet and my car was there more than a day and a half. So needless to say i will never go back, too bad. But lets hope you at least tighten up your customer service before you loose more customers!!!!! More
