Very Satisfied! We had our 2008 Highlander Hybrid in for Air Conditioning repair. The part was delayed and our appointment delayed until Friday which at this time th We had our 2008 Highlander Hybrid in for Air Conditioning repair. The part was delayed and our appointment delayed until Friday which at this time the Service manager offered a vehicle for us to use for the weekend. We received a call that the Highlander repair was complete on Monday. We live a little over 40 miles away and picked up the Highlander a couple of hours later. We want to thank Theresa and the Service Manager for their excellent customer service! The reason we keep coming back to Galesburg Toyota is Theresa because of coming for service this has generated two vehicle purchases and one lease. More

New tire Was pleased with the service spoke with 3 people to get the tire replacement. I guess there Was a mix up didn't get a call saying tire was in,so I called at 3:30 and got the tire changed on Tuesday. Theresa Fones was very helpful. More

We were informed that the Consultant had taken the vehicle to be detailed somewhere (other than the dealership) because the detail department was unavailable at that time.. It requires more extensive cleaning and possibly will need seat covers. Other than waiting around for a very long time to get to the finance department - the experience was good. We like the vehicle.
