Awesome new car purchase experience! Brian Good was absolutely amazing to work with. He worked to stay within my budget while also being sure I had the features most important to me. He understood I have an adult special needs son with significant anxiety which made my time very limited and added a bit more of a challenge. Brian was a rock star, very respectful of my son (and daughter who was also with me), exceeding our needs and having us feeling like we were sitting with a friend we had known forever. When it was time for paperwork, I asked Tyrell if we could do it at Brian's desk to limit the changes for my son. He was very happy to accommodate that request and brought everything to us which was awesome and made the experience even better. Brian was thorough with explaining the features to me of our new Highlander and has followed up with me and been super responsive to any questions I have had. From start to finish, I could not have asked for a better experience! More
