This caused confusion on my part to the extent the when I was notified the everything was "all set" and I went to the usual place to pay, there was no one present. Thinking the this maintenance visit was prepaid when I purchased the car, I simply went to my vehicle and drove away. A minute later Toyota called me about this and I circked back and paid the bill at a different location as advised. I should have been informed of this change upon arrival. More
