Rude and Slow After working with a slow salesman who knew next to nothing about the vehicle we wished to buy we were passed off to a rude finance officer. After the fact, we were sent an email asking about our experience so I wrote them to let them know how badly it had gone hoping they could make changes to their operations. I received a phone call a few days later from one of the employees I had done business with, who initially apologized but after I suggested they make changes in the manner in which they treat customers she began making excuses. So if you go to Galesburg Toyota know that you will not be met with anything but slow subpar service. More

Family friendly service with safety top priorty I have three children all in carseats. Two are still rear facing. We needed to upgrade our vehicle to something with a third row. Thomas Carder searched for a vehicle within our price range that was safe for our little ones. He put that top priority, which is amazing to see in a salesman. Thomas found a vehicle my husband and I could agree upon which doesn't happen often. He found us a vehicle with the features I desired but could have went without if I needed, he took his time to find what we WANTED and didn't push anything else on us to buy.
