A coworker recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from your dealership. Within 2 weeks of the purchase she discovered that the emissions inspection was over 2 months overdue. When she reached vehicle from your dealership. Within 2 weeks of the purchase she discovered that the emissions inspection was over 2 months overdue. When she reached out to you, she was told that the emissions inspection had been done but the service department "forgot" to put the window sticker on. Sales Manager insisted that the inspection was current but failed to provide any documentation. CarFax indicated the inspection was last performed 14 months prior. Now, a week later, on her way to work, the car stopped working and she had to sit on the side of the road for `15 minutes for he battery to recharge so she could proceed into work. upon reporting this issue to the dealership, she was told they could not even look at it until tomorrow. At this point, she was not given a loaner vehicle and has no way to get home tonight and back to work tomorrow. I would consider this ZERO STARS for service after the sale. I certainly will remember this in the spring when I am shopping for a new vehicle myself. More

Excellent job by service men. The only problem was that they all went to lunch at the same time requiring us to wait an additional hour for them to come back to finish the job.
