They exceeded my expetations I want to thank Dan and the staff at Kia Jamestown for their professionalism. The check engine light came on in my 2009 Kia. The Dealership's in Eri I want to thank Dan and the staff at Kia Jamestown for their professionalism. The check engine light came on in my 2009 Kia. The Dealership's in Erie and Mentor were of no help. I spoke with Dan and explained the problem and true to his word they pin pointed the problem and fixed it, thankfully it fell under my warranty. Not only was my Kia fixed but hey washed it, vacuumed it and scrubbed a coffee stain off the back seat....this was above and beyond and as a result they have earned a life time customer. How ever the customer service I received after purchasing the vehicle was not very good. Dan Rumbaugh was always willing to help to the best of his abilities, but when my vehicle was serviced over the course of a couple of days, there was no loaner available and it was towed to another location to be worked on with out my permission. I was charged for a tow I could have done myself. More
