I had a repair issue and the service department really stepped up and addressed it they kept me informed and updated, they explained the issue and what needed to be done! We live on the north side of Chicago but Auto Park Ford La Porte had the car we wanted for a great price on line so we reached out and after ta team. They took the time to go through all of our questions and figure out financing before we drove out and everything was exactly how we expected when we got there.
