I feel very bad about my experience buying out my lease. They pulled bait and switch on me for what I would be paying when I signed the paperwork. I asked for them to send me what I would be signing so I could review ahead of time and what they sent me in my email was a much better price than what I had on my paperwork when I came in to sign. I was very disappointed and felt taken advantage of. I wish I had walked out and went to another dealership to buy out my lease but I was so close to the end date and felt pressured into just signing. If they had just been honest with me and emailed me the correct amount I could have planned better and got the best deal for myself. I felt blind sided and taken advantage of. And the guy could never get my name right!!! I don’t have a difficult name….. It felt disrespectful. I’ve worked with this dealership before when I leased my vehicle and the lady I worked with was so nice and honest and I felt like I dealt with a truly good person. She is no longer with the dealership so I got paired up with this guy and I still almost a week later feel very bad about the whole experience. The next time I buy a vehicle I’m either going to another dealership or at the very least working with a different sales person. Someone that can be completely honest and share all the information with me that I need to make my decisions. Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. More

Myles Guice was an absolutely wonderful salesman, made the experience so fun. He was incredibly respectful, making me feel like I was in control of the sale! However Will the financing manager had terrible customer service, he made everything much more difficult than it should have been. And left me with an icky feeling, if I hadn’t loved the car so much Will would have made me walk away. More
