The sales experience and coordination between the sales and service departments have been inadequate. When an issue arises with a newly purchased vehicle, the customer should not be told that the sales and and service departments have been inadequate. When an issue arises with a newly purchased vehicle, the customer should not be told that the sales and service departments do not work together. That is an internal issue that should be resolved by the dealership, rather than communicated to the customer. As a customer who recently purchased a new vehicle, I expect a seamless experience and clear communication between the departments. The dealership should take ownership of the issue and ensure that the customer does not have to navigate internal communication gaps or departmental responsibilities. More
