I really quite unhappy with the cost of an oil change. The additives are expensive and you get the impression that if you don't use the car will fall apart. I paid $191.00 for this oil change and I think that is a bit pricey. You also do not take credit cards without a fee, your company should be ashamed. So you absorb the fees, but not LaFontaine. I will not be going back to LaFontaine for anything, because I can get an oil change anywhere for what you charge and I can use my credit card and get points. Thanks for the opportunity to express my opinion, end of story! More

Dave Yanco was the only person I spoke to during the diagnosis and repair. Good communication in person and phone contacts. I hope the problem has been resolved.
