This is a really horrible dealership to work with. I had to return my lease car a bit early due to being out of town. I returned my car on July 12, 2021 to this dealer. I was not given any review of my ca to return my lease car a bit early due to being out of town. I returned my car on July 12, 2021 to this dealer. I was not given any review of my car, only a paper with my mileage on it. To date as I am shopping my insurance on my new lease (they told me I could not lease again but were wrong), I still show up online as still having this car in my possession! I had to call GM Financial to get confirmation that the old car was "grounded" at this dealership. I have no paperwork that all was well with my car (it was in great condition when I dropped it off, and even though they told me I could not lease again from GM Financial they were wrong and I did get another GM car. I will NEVER go back to this dealer. They don't care about their customers. DO NOT GO THERE! More
I feel as though someone should hear about my experience in service. I had a 7:30AM appt on Wed to drop my van off and have repairs made. I dropped it Tuesday evening using the after hours drop box to ensur in service. I had a 7:30AM appt on Wed to drop my van off and have repairs made. I dropped it Tuesday evening using the after hours drop box to ensure my vehicle was there for its scheduled spot time. I received one phone call the entire time it was there. Victoria was my service advisor. I had to call every time I needed a status update (which was about 6 or so times) and never once received communication from the service department or Victoria about anything. I called yet again Friday evening around 5 pm and spoke with Victoria who stated the vehicle was up on the lift they were trying to finish it because they closed at 6:00. Yet again no call. On Saturday appx 1:30 I had to call yet again and speak with the service manager to find out my car “had just gotten off the lift”. If I would not have called on Saturday I would have not seen my vehicle until Monday which I would have had to take a day off work to deal with. I was a service advisor for a prominent Harley Davidson dealership for nearly 10 years and I know communication is the number 1 most important thing and here there was none. I did find out from the service manager they were running behind schedule but again I was never communicated that. I have bought a couple of vehicles from this specific dealership as well as several members of my family but I will not again, and neither will they. Such a disappointment and I feel as though they are such a large money making dealership that my simple vehicle did not matter to them. They will make up the profits through other means. I feel as though This is NOT a service department that cares about regular hard working people as individuals and how they can make their lives more convenient, only about getting them in and out to make room for the next one. Very unprofessional. More
My husband and I made an appointment at 10am. We wanted to come in sometime between 12-1 to see a specific vehicle. The salesman I spoke with, Anthony, told us closer to 1 would be best and he would pull t to come in sometime between 12-1 to see a specific vehicle. The salesman I spoke with, Anthony, told us closer to 1 would be best and he would pull the car we wanted and have the keys pulled. When we got there we we waited a while for Anthony then when he finally comes back to his desk he informs us that the vehicle sold 5 mins prior to us arriving. We came to the dealership for that specific vehicle, completely ready to purchase after weeks of searching for the right car. If we would have known that they would sell the vehicle before we had a chance to see it, we would have dropped what we were doing and came in right then and there. After telling us this vehicle wasn’t for sale he then told us he was busy with another customer. Fine. But the guy we were shoved off on was also so busy we barely saw him and he took forever to get vehicles to us to test drive. We ended up leaving after 2 hours and only seeing 3 vehicles. What a waste of 2 hours, terrible customer service too. I don’t think I’ll be coming back even if I found a vehicle we absolutely loved. More
I would not recommend this dealership as they do not assist or return phone calls after the sale. Made attempts to get clarification on a warranty and could never get anyone to help. assist or return phone calls after the sale. Dealership uses employee pricing to lure non employee buyers to there websites When I questioned them about it in an email they refused to answer and just said they were not doing business with out of buyers to there websites When I questioned them about it in an email they refused to answer and just said they were not doing business with out of state buyers It seems this practice is only dealers in Michigan that do that Cars.com does not do anything about this I believe it’s false advertising Not sure why a supposedly reputable dealership would advertise employee pricing Employees who are eligible for this perk know what there price is More
Outstanding treatment throughout the sales process. I felt I had a good understanding of the value of my trade and a fair price for my new GMC (based on online tools). The dealership offered better than felt I had a good understanding of the value of my trade and a fair price for my new GMC (based on online tools). The dealership offered better than I expected for the trade and a lower sales price than I expected on the new vehicle. I was absolutely pleased, and this is with out haggling. Fair, transparent, smooth process. More
I took my 14 GMC for an oil change and was told it had a bulb out in the high level stop lite, do you want it changed? Yes I said, and 147.05 later I was told my truck was ready. I was charged $60.00 labor bulb out in the high level stop lite, do you want it changed? Yes I said, and 147.05 later I was told my truck was ready. I was charged $60.00 labor and 6.99 for the bulb. My last visit to this dealership! More
Their radio ad said they were paying KBB values with no purchase obligation so I took my Denali out to see. KBB values my vehicle at $52,00 average and $48,00 low end and they said I had rated it at very g purchase obligation so I took my Denali out to see. KBB values my vehicle at $52,00 average and $48,00 low end and they said I had rated it at very good and they only use Fair. I rechecked KBB using Fair condition and the numbers dropped to $51,000 avg and $48,000 but they only would offer me $43,000? Lower than other offers so I feel that they are using a deceptive ad to get you in for a bait and switch attempt. Very disappointed but it tells me that they are not what or who they say they are. I was sent an early turn in lease letter from this dealer which was a scam. General manager does not return calls or emails. Overall we are sending all of our business to another dealership. which was a scam. General manager does not return calls or emails. Overall we are sending all of our business to another dealership. Terrible company. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We drove 5 hours for a car that we had financing, insurance lined up (the company spoke with insurance) and a cashiers check printed. They called on our way to make sure a car that we had financing, insurance lined up (the company spoke with insurance) and a cashiers check printed. They called on our way to make sure we were coming to pick up the car today. We confirmed. We arrive and they tell us they sold the car 30 mins prior. Poor business ethic. More
