Very Good Service I have yet to be displeased with the work I've had done at Lafontaine, Highland, MI. Recently [5:00PM on Friday], I drove into the service department I have yet to be displeased with the work I've had done at Lafontaine, Highland, MI. Recently [5:00PM on Friday], I drove into the service department to inquire if I could have my car's transmission flushed, as I was going on vacation the next week. Though it was late in the day, the service rep asked the 'trans' tech if there was enough time; there was, and I drove home at closing time [7:00PM]. Besides the 'trans' service, the tires were rotated and the oil & filter, too, while the car was on the hoist. Apparently, the service manager, Scott Hall, has an efficient crew serving customers both 'upfront' and 'in the back'. Congratulations, Lafontaine! More

We are always greeted with a smile and friendliness by everyone we encounter. Our service tech Frank Maroudis greets us like we are family. He is very knowledgable about all of our vehicles recommending service that needs to be performed and future services that we should consider. If Frank is on vacation or not in when we call we will wait until he returns to make an appointment. I think that says it all! We are extremely satisfied with LaFontaine and look forward to all future experiences with them. More

The Best Customer Service! I had to make an emergency trip to Northern MI and two days prior to leaving a serious problem with my vehicle developed, that would have prevented me I had to make an emergency trip to Northern MI and two days prior to leaving a serious problem with my vehicle developed, that would have prevented me from making the trip. Normal policy is to set up a service appointment to get the car repaired on a specific day and time. The next time slot that was available for me was two days after I was supposed to leave. After explaining my predicament to Victoria Barnewold in service she told me to bring the vehicle in and that she would do her best to work with her co-workers to fit it in at least for diagnosis. When the problem was located I was advised and told that it could be repaired the following day when the parts arrived. The next day as promised I was called and told the vehicle was repaired and ready to be picked up. Victoria then sent a shuttle to my residence to take me to get my car. The driver also was most courteous, friendly, and professional. What could have turned into a very bad week for me ended up as a wonderful experience. I can't thank the employees enough for the courtesy and satisfaction that I received, especially from Victoria Barnewold, and this was my 2nd very good experience with her and the dealership. I have no complaints whatsoever with the Lafontaine Dealership and it's employees. It's so refreshing to be able to walk into a dealership without fear of confrontation and dis-satisfaction from arrogant, rude employees. Thank you so much for such a good experience! More
