I drove 30 miles to Lafontaine to look at a used truck that I saw advertised on their website. It was worth the drive, the truck was exactly as described and within the price range I was hoping for. I feel like a queen when I visit La Fontaine dealership. They roll out the red carpet for you every time you go. They keep me informed as to the status of the service being done on my car. When I went to buy a new car from La Fontaine, they met me at the door as I entered the Sales Department and were very friendly while they were showing me cars and later while they were processing the sale of my new car. After the paperwork was done, the salesperson took me to my new car and showed me all about the car, paired my phone to the car and got me connected to On Star. More

I found my salesperson, Beth Cooper, to be extremely professional and knowledgable. Phone calls were returned promptly and I felt Ms. Cooper worked hard to find a vehicle that met my needs. After brief negotiations, we were able to reach a very fair lease price that was far below what my nearby dealer quoted. From my initial meeting with Ms. Cooper, till the moment took delivery, I was treated very well by everyone I encountered at the dealership. Paul Jordan completed the finance portion quickly and thoroughly, answering every question I posed concerning the paperwork. Unlike my most recent dealership experience, the paperwork was complete and accurate. Ms. Cooper also introduced me to Service Advisor Todd Stone, who made me feel welcome and comfortable with the service department. LaFontaine was very professional in handling my trade in and a new car purchase. I used a Saturn retention incentive to buy my Cadillac. I also signed up for a Groupon incentive. A plus is that they put prices in the windows of most cars. A lot of dealers have stopped doing that. The sale was easy ... no high pressure trying to talk you into services or things you don't want. We found a great deal on a newer car but there were a lot of good deals to choose from. The advertising seems to fit the quality and atmosphere of the dealer ... "LaFontaine, the family deal". I would recommend going here first and if you don't find something, come back. This is a first class dealership. After the sale I was contacted by both the salesperson and the Customer Relations Manager making sure I was satisfied with the sale/service. More
