Lafontaine does it again.. I have bought my last 4 cars from Mike Law, but he had moved to a new location so he set me up with Aaron @ Dexter. He called every time he had new information whether it was color, options, price change ect,,, He never left me guessing and I never had to wait around for him to return one of my calls. Never pushy, just always willing to answer my questions and being receptive to how detailed I was. He made sure he did everything he could to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the new vehicle. He didn't go above my price range, explained the pros and cons of various options I was considering, arranged for the return of my rental when I found THE car, and picked up my vehicle from the office during the work day, tonhave the options installed. I'm sure everyone at the dealership is good, but I hit the jackpot with Calvin. He's obviously very knowledgeable and experienced - but what I appreciated most was his humor and friendliness. Dan, in service, was also extremely nice... and patient. An important distinction when dealing with me. Adam in finance made a very dull procedure interesting and enjoyable. He explained each of the various warranty options, and helped me decide which would benefit me the most. More
