We have been GM customers for almost a decade with absolutely zero financial issues or late payments. Bought our vehicle from here in July 2025 and was sold GAP. Unfortunately, the truck was totaled i absolutely zero financial issues or late payments. Bought our vehicle from here in July 2025 and was sold GAP. Unfortunately, the truck was totaled in December. This company was anything but helpful. From not returning phone calls or emails, and most recently, I was told "we want to help you figure this out, but please remove your review". So, in good faith I deleted my review as requested. Once I did that, they ghosted me again. They did not cover 100% of what GAP said they would cover and we are out almost $4,000 from this nightmare. The GAP company, the dealership, and GM Financial do not communicate with each other and leave you helpless while trying to navigate the red tape. All while this is going on, GM financial is hitting your credit for overdue payments that should have already been applied. Do not get sold the Classic Track GAP contract as they do not hold their word. The process from December is still ongoing and after 3 months of fighting, we will not be buying GM ever again. We had to pay $4000 that neither the dealership or GAP company would explain why we owed when we purchased the coverage. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANIES! More

Absolutely horrific communication skills with this dealership and the finance manager. If i was able to leave zero stars I would.
