Unable to lock rear lift gate 2015 Dodge Journey The latch lock on my 2015 Dodge Journey was in the closed position & I could not lock it. The remote would not open it, nor the door lock. I live cl The latch lock on my 2015 Dodge Journey was in the closed position & I could not lock it. The remote would not open it, nor the door lock. I live close to the Shuman dealership so I drove down & Kendyl had me drive into the garage. She released the lock by pulling on the rear lift handle to open the latch lock. I never use that handle since the lift gate opens with the remote. Learn something new everyday. Thanks Kendyl for taking care of this for me. Great service @ Shuman !! More
