He sent us a copy of the window sticker on the most recent one so we could check all the features included so we could check it out before the deal was finalized. Jeremy consistently follows up on the needs of his customers before and after the sale resulting in a desire for repeat purchases. He explains the features in a way that makes it easier for us to make a choice we will end up being happy with. We have had a 300 C with 4WD and the hdmi engine for the past few leases. expected great, got FANTA$TIC. i knew when i acquired this used dodge vehicle thru a family situation-it would need SOMETHING- they always do. it was brakes- rotors, the whole deal, i knew when i acquired this used dodge vehicle thru a family situation-it would need SOMETHING- they always do. it was brakes- rotors, the whole deal, i just knew. mentally preparing a budget,based on 30 yrs of vehicle ownership and repairs, i made the appointment with Shuman service. after their always great service on my previous vehicles, i would not have taken it anywhere else. sure enough, it needed everything- when Mike Weinstein quoted me the price, i thought it was maybe a tidge high, but was worth it for peace of mind, and had to be done. then it dawned on me- he was quoting "rear" as one price and "front" as the other- not EACH rear and EACH front as others had. HALF of what i initially translated (and others quoted) which meant the total repair price came in at 32% below my well-researched budget. THIRTY_TWO PERCENT LESS!!! the fact that they are so nice and accommodating is a bonus for sure, but i am still just floored by how rea$onable my repair was. plus now it drives, and stops, like a dream More
