He quickly understood are needs and led us to a few choice vehicles, exactly what we were looking for! We didn't feel pressured at all by Ryan as he was so helpful in a non-intrusive way. Two days later, financing arranged, our old vehicle traded in for a great price, paperwork signed, we drove out of there with our awesome 2013 Dodge Journey! We absolutely love it. We were able to fill out Shuman's loan application on line, fax paperwork from our auto insurance agent, and handle a lot via text or email, saving us a lot of our valuable time.Ryan walked us through every step. I can only hope every other salesman at Shuman is as helpful and in tune to his customer's needs as Ryan is. More
