Excellent Went in to see a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was on the lot. Got a trade in price on my used Ford. Told Gregg I would think about it as the trade in was more than Ford wanted to give me but less than another Jeep dealer quoted me. He followed up a couple of times by email. Since the other Jeep dealer did not have what I wanted I replied I would make the deal if the trade in was bumped up 1/2 of the difference. He said we got a deal. I picked up the vehicle the same day. Outstanding!! More

Justin was great in answering all of my questions, explaining the process to me, assisting with financing, and most importantly, he stayed true to his word throughout the process. I originally spoke with him in February regarding a purchase, and did not pull the trigger until April. I contacted him after these 2 months, he recalled the details we had spoken of with the vehicle, and streamlined the process every way possible. Most importantly, the cost of the vehicle remained the same, and he did not do any sort of hard-sell on me. Between February and April, I had visited another dealership, found that salesman to be not very likable and unaccommodating - I immediately went back to Justin to make the purchase, and have no regrets whatsoever with doing so.
