The only way to discribe the car buying experience at Shuman Chysler Dodge Ram Jeep is "Outstanding"! We are on our 4 vehicle from Shuman and I think those numbers speak for why we keep coming back. I have purchased / leased other Dodge and Chysler products from other dealers and the experience is nothing compaired to the level of service and respect that we get from the Shuman group. I would also like to mention two people in paticular that continue to make the experience at Shuman one that will always bring us back...Chris Brough the General Sales Manager and Tim Dalsasso our salesman. Both of these individuals have worked tirelessly in making sure that this last purchase went with out a hitch. We were coming off a bad experience with the performance of Jeep Grand Cherokee (driving performance in the snow), and through the efforts of Chris and Tim we were able to turn that vehicle in and move in to a Ram 1500 that so far has meet the expectations. Tim, ours salesman, had to deal with many phone calls and visits from me listening to the woes of our Jeep, and he did everything in his powers to make sure we left a very happy customer in the end; this included getting the right vehicle, making sure that I did not have to "compermise" on any of the options, working with in my budget, and delivering on time. The Shuman group should be proud of these two employees (Im sure there are many in the background that we have not meet) that they have working for them as they turely set the standard when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I have purchased many other vehicles from other manufactures / dealers and I have learned that a dealer / saleman shows you their true colors when you return for your first service. The sales / respect dosen't stop after you leave with your new car, it continues everytime we come in with the simple "hello" from both Chris and Tim, and the fact that they remember who we are. If there is a measuring stick in the weekly meetings for sales, both Chirs and Tim should be used as the guage for meeting the standard in customer satisfaction. Our over all experience...100% satisfied and we'll be back for the next car. More
