My wife and I had visited another Chrysler Dealership close to her work and felt very unwelcomed and ended up walking out. We then came to this dealership and found the employees to be very friendly an close to her work and felt very unwelcomed and ended up walking out. We then came to this dealership and found the employees to be very friendly and happy. We were welcomed by Tim Dalsasso with a pleasant smile and handshake. We told him what we were looking for and he advised us of our options. He also suggested ideas that we did not think of. Tim was also very knowledgable about the cars we were looking at. Tim had us take a couple of cars on a test drive. We came back inside he ran some numbers for us. This was on Saturday 8-24-13 and were impressed with the service and price, we came back and leased a Chrysler 200 limited on Monday. This dealership was spotless, clean, and welcoming. My experience at Shuman was a 5 star experience. I called 6 different dealerships, looking for lease prices on a 2014 Jeep and Shuman's quote was consistently lower...sometimes by $50.
