My mother and I came to Shuman right after another car dealership drove us out with their rude and aggressive sales tactics. Dave greeted us right on arrival. We started the process Friday evening and I had the car perfectly ready to pick up on Monday. My bank even mentioned how extremly fast Dave was at getting all the information and paperwork to them. I always have received the best service and repair on my truck whenever I take it in. The service personnel are very respectful and never try to sell you something you don't need.
