I originally went to Shuman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram because they participate in the Costco Car program. When I inquired about a Jeep Patriot Don Goforth, the salesman heading the Costco program, got ba because they participate in the Costco Car program. When I inquired about a Jeep Patriot Don Goforth, the salesman heading the Costco program, got back to me immediately and was more than helpful. We went over the pricing and the vehicle options and he was able to acquire the Jeep Patriot, with all of the options I wanted and none that I did not, in a matter of days. I did comparison shop, but although a dealer by my house was willing to come within $500 or $600 dollars of the price Don quoted me, it was his personality, demeanor, and helpfulness that helped me to decide to drive about 50 miles to Shuman to purchase my new Jeep. I can honestly state that if Don was not the salesperson I would not have went back to Shuman. When I went in to pick up the vehicle the finance person at Shuman's (whose name I cannot readily recall) was again more then helpful and answered all of my questions fully and honestly. So I highly recommend both Shuman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Don Goforth, and I would strongly suggest that if you are looking for a new vehicle to discuss the issue with Mr. Goforth; he is simply one of the best and honest salesperson I have ever met when buying a new car. Dave was very friendly and helpful. Even to the point of running out and buying a DVD for us to test the entertainment center in the car we were looking at. I was very pleasantly surprised. When I walked into the showroom I was greated by a number of people. Joe Nicles was the salesman who helped me. Once I decided to lease the car, he went out of his way to obtain the color I wanted. On the day I got the car, he gave me all kinds of instruction on all the fancy features. We have been shopping for a good, clean & safe used vehicle for our daughter who recently graduated from the University. Mr. McHale is a professional, honest and ethical salesperson who is very customer-focused. He understood our expectations of putting our daughter into a good vehicle and respected our budget constraints. He is fair and easy to do business with. I found a Ram truck on-line that I really liked. I called the dealership and was connected to Dave. We talked about the Ram and he invited me to come look at it. Dave was not pushy or pressuring, he talked about the truck and allowed me to make a decision on my time. Once I decided to buy it, he walked me through the process and told me I can pick it up the following day. when I went to pick up the truck, Dave already had the plates and registration. He also had the truck detailed for me. This was a great experience and will go back to Dave if I need to make any purchases. I will refer all my friends and family to Dave also. He is a GREAT salesman that takes the time to understand what it is your looking for/need. More
