I have never had a dealer go as far as Justin did at Shuman. I had very specific expectations for what I wanted. After looking there were no vehicles available. It was not okay with him. He continued to look and found one leaving the manufacturer. Then I was up north on vacation and not able to come in and sign for the car since the rebates were ending. No problem because Justin sent up a driver 3.5 hours in one direction to meet me at dinner and get the papers singed so I could get a better price on the car. Everyone I have told this to could not believe that a Dealer/Salesman would do that for a customer. All I can say is WOW! More
