My granddaughter was looking for a car she had a bad experience with a dealership in Saginaw where we live. I told her to buy a Detroit news on Sunday go thru and mark what she was interested in,then I told her to square those down to four and give me her list of four Shuman was the third one I called on Monday the receptionist connected me with John we talked he gave me so much information I told him I would call him the next day I'm sure he didn"t think I was going to call back but he seem so imformative. On Tuesday I call he suggested that we do a credit check on my granddaughter so I had her call him he was so patient with us. She was decline for lack of credit history so I gave him mine he called me later ask what all did she want cause she had decided on a jeep not sure we told him we'd be down on Monday October 31 cause he had told us it was the last day for the sale we were interested in.Long story short we went met John he was just the best again so patient my granddaughter is 21 so some times they can be hard to please. On one of my calls I left John a message in it I said I don't mean to bother you he returned my call and the first thing he said was don't ever think that you are bothering me thats what I'm here for.He leased my granddaughter a Jeep Liberty Limited Jet she was in love it was more than what wanted to spend but John did his job and she had to have it she looked at a 200 went to test drive it I told her to get out of the car john had a funny look till I told them both why I said it. It was no need to waste his time cause he really wanted that jeep it was a done deal he told us more than we could consume "THE MAN" really new his stuff. I was proud of him as a young man he trully did a great job and I will send anyone & everyone to Shuman Chrysler to see John Rossi "THE MAN" thank you John for all you did to make my granddaughter's dream come true.
