Not only did they discover that the other dealerships were incorrect as to the cause of the problem, but they correctly diagnosed the problem. I worked directly with Mr. Weinstein and even though it was a little busy, he was friendly, helpful, and afforded me ample time to discuss my vehicle issues. Mr. Weinstein arranged my repairs such that it only minimally disrupted my daily life. The work was all completed on schedule and at the price quoted. Even with the excellent repair work, it was the personal attention afforded by Mr. Weinstein that will make me a repeat customer. More

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Justin Davis at Shuman's. We had done a lot of research prior to stopping at Shuman's, and we were pretty confident about what we wanted. Some of the prices are really good for oil changes/rotation they run specials. I go there for convience as well as I have gotten to know the service people they try to do the best they can.
